  • Conduct second round interviews and select finalists
  • Gather and present in-depth 360 degree referencing
  • Identify successful candidate


  • Partner with hiring manager to prepare and deliver offer recommendation
  • Facilitate compensation negotiations
  • Stay in regular communication with candidate and client through final stages of the search
  • Assist with background checks and provide signed offer letter
